DO YOU SHIP TO MY COUNTRY?

We proudly offer free shipping to the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia & New Zealand.

WILL MY ITEMS COME IN ONE PACKAGE?

We cannot always guarantee this. Due to our fulfillment centers being spread out in different regions around the world, we cannot always provide all your items in one package.

HOW DO YOU SHIP, AND WHAT IS THE PRICE?

We use Singapore Post and other shipping providers depending on the product ordered and what warehouse of ours that product is in. We offer FREE shipping on all orders.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Please note that we require 2 to 5 working days on average to fulfill your order before dispatching it. Rest-assured we are doing everything in our power to get your order to you as soon as possible! Once your order is dispatched, depending on your country or region, estimated delivery time is between 7 to 10 business days. Please consider any holidays that might impact delivery times.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Every order is provided a tracking number, you will be emailed a link to track your order. You can also track your order on our tracking page.

WHEN WILL MY TRACKING INFORMATION APPEAR?

Please allow 1-3 days for your tracking information to appear. Updates on your tracking information occur when your package is handed over to the next area of delivery, so if you tracking status has not changed in a few days it just means it is still in transit.

WHY CAN'T I TRACK MY ORDER ON YOUR WEBSITE?

Sometimes this can happen, please do not worry.

Before reaching out to us you can try a different tracking service such as https://www.17track.net/en this service is able to pull tracking from 1,000s of different shipping companies.

WHY IS MY SHIPMENT STATUS UNCHANGED?

Updates on your tracking information occur when your package is handed over to the next area of delivery, so if your tracking status has not changed in a while, it just means it is still in transit and it will update at the next moment it is scanned.

WILL YOU KEEP MY CREDIT CARD INFORMATION ON FILE?

No. When purchasing online using your credit card, all of your information is entered into a SSL secure web page. Your information is then SSL-encrypted and sent directly to our credit card provider’s network, where your card and transaction is authorized and approved. Your credit card information is not stored on our servers.

DO YOU CHARGE SALES TAX?

Sales tax is included in the price, so you do not need to worry.

We offer safe shopping and accept payment via Credit card, Debit card, AMEX or VISA. So you can choose the most suitable one for you. All products are listed in US Dollar

Yes, just click the pre order button that will be displayed if an item is sold out.

HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

Easy! Choose the products that you love, then click "Add to cart" and "Check out". Then fill in your information and pay. That's it! Very easy.

CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL AN ORDER AFTER I'VE SUBMITTED IT?

Yes, but you need to contact us within 24 hours at support@bodtrack.com or we cannot guarantee a cancellation or change. This is due to our fulfillment center likely having already sorted your order for shipping.

I ENTERED THE WRONG EMAIL ADDRESS CAN I CHANGE IT?

Please email us at support@bodtrack.com so we can update your email address so you receive order updates.

RETURNS

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We accept returns within 30 days of your item arriving with you. Your purchase needs to be in it’s original condition to process a return. Return shipping is not included and is on the customer to pay. We do not offer returns on sale items, due to the nature of promotions it is just not possible for us to offer returns at these prices.
